I called the number and was met with a hurried, inconvenienced tone. I stated my problem - hail had destroyed my roof I needed a new one. Sounding like I was bothering him, the man told me to text what I just said to him and he’d get back to me tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. As another post said, typical Santa Cruz county contractor. Humberto Jimenez is a very experienced roofer. He showed up on time, fixed everything, guaranteed his work or come back for free. We are very pleased and have referred him to others.
Called him two weeks ago, never showed up for the appointment to look at my roof. No call to reschedule, no "sorry I can't make it". Another lousy Santa Cruz County contractor.
