Words cannot express my disappointment in Craig Yarroll. Allie and Rosie were very kind. Craig is the complete opposite. When you put the wrong social security number/place of death to vital records and ruin a grieving son’s life worse than it already is then become robotically rude via phone that says a lot. They where very helpful when I lost my sweet husband.
They were so good to us so helpful especially making the collage of old pictures of Mother, Daddy, Eddie and Jeanne. They ask for pictures of her courtship and her young children. I had to rush and find where she had old pictures so it was rushed but they made it so special. It was the same with my Daddy 6 years ago. I appreciate how comfortable they made my family during such a sad time. I thank White Columns.
