Having only rented out my home once, my previous experience came with a great deal of anxiety, unprofessional interactions and ambiguous requests. My experience with White Clover has far exceeded any expectations I would have ever imagined for property management. What I have gained most is piece of mind, not having to worry that every time my phone rings it’s my tenants with another request, because they take care of it all.
The response to my 1 star rating is exactly why I gave you such a low rating. I wish you returned owners security deposits and keys as fast as you are defensive. I feel sorry for the rest of your clients... I can't imagine you have many left with your horrible customer service. Best wishes!
I have been in my rental property for over 5+ years. I have made maintenance request with their new website and old one for now what it is feels half the year. We need to have plumbing fixed in shower. Love taking cold showers. All we got done on our work order was a stove replacement. Out of 4 other items. Like I know there is stuff with change over but really...I am so ready to contact a handy person to come in and have them bill white clover for work done
