Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I the phone it is busy. I have an 8 old dog who is a German Shepherd. They immediately slapped a muzzle on him because he is a GSD. He freaked out !!! Two techs tried to man handled him to the point he was out of control from fear.
