The answering message is so slow and long. Dr. Admadasun is excellent to deal with. Having prescriptions transferred to the pharmacy is a problem. I have to make several calls before the pharmacy gets them. Not sure where the problem is!
I am very happy with Dr. Amadasun. I can usually get in to see him at a reasonable time and he is great at taking the time to listen and explain what's going on. I don't disagree with some of the comments about the administration part, but I find the online booking more convenient anyway.
Booking an appointment for my child was a nightmare as reception is very hard to get ahold of and they are not friendly over the phone at all. We arrived early for our appointment and it took just over an hour past our scheduled appointment time to finally see the doctor. Very frustrating. The same thing happened when we came here a month before. I could understand 15 minutes either way but over an hour is a bit crazy.
