Booking an appointment for my child was a nightmare as reception is very hard to get ahold of and they are not friendly over the phone at all. We arrived early for our appointment and it took just over an hour past our scheduled appointment time to finally see the doctor. Very frustrating. The same thing happened when we came here a month before. I could understand 15 minutes either way but over an hour is a bit crazy.
Reception is awful. Never answers the phone, doesn't pass messages, and drops the ball on important medications. Docs are great.
Doctors and staff are great but you need to call over and over before anyone answers the phone. When you do get through the phone line is both very quiet and very crackley. Not ideal.
No complaints for any of the doctors here. The 2 stars is for trying to book an appointment to see my Doctor but it seems that the Reception area has all calls set to go directly straight to voice-automated service as I've been calling the office for over 1 weeks and even emailed but have not been able to get through / a hold of everyone. No complaints for the doctor I go to. However, it is very difficult to reach the clinic via phone to book an appointment or to discuss any matter. Most of the time my call goes directly to voice mail, which tells me to email the clinic. I then email the clinic, but I've never had a response to my email. Perhaps more or more efficient receptionist are needed.
