No complaints for the doctor I go to. However, it is very difficult to reach the clinic via phone to book an appointment or to discuss any matter. Most of the time my call goes directly to voice mail, which tells me to email the clinic. I then email the clinic, but I've never had a response to my email. Perhaps more or more efficient receptionist are needed.
They don't answer the phone and they don't respond to email. Not sure what to do anymore. Been trying to reach them for a week calling several times a day. Not helpful at all.
While I had a poor experience with Dr. Elendu, I have since switched to Dr. Amadasun and he is fantastic. He is friendly, personable, actually listens, doesn’t rush you and doesn’t just prescribe something to shoo you out the door! He can pop into the waiting room, look around and remember his patients by name, saying hi to them all. The clinic used to be terrible at answering the phone but I have found it a lot better lately as well as their online booking system works well.
My experience has been improved over the last 4 months since my doctor joined this clinic. I had bad experience in the past but office staff has improved and rectify those issues.
Do not do refills on time. Can't seem to get through to speak to anyone. I have called 35+ times today alone. Only to FINALLY get through to be HUNG UP on. Find another Dr. Unless you like waiting....
