Kimberly Hammonds is the best! She was persistent in helping resolve an issue and kept trying when the problem was actually outside her direct responsibility and with the corporate office. my best friend is buried there, i go to talk to him and bring flowers all the time but the flower stands that i had got in october are gone. it feels like every time i go to bring him flowers there is something gone.
Cynthia and Kim have drastically improved the care and customer service for the park. They have better compassion and empathy for those going through the pain of losing their lives ones. Things are being up kept and monitored better as well. Keep up the great work. 👍
