5 stars is simply NOT ENOUGH! I cannot begin to say how far and beyond these folks will go to help you! My dad was buried in the Veterans section 22 years ago. I went to visit his grave site and put flowers on it for Christmas and immediately noticed that his vase was GONE! There are not enough words to insert here to explain how upset I was! We have attempted for more than 2.5 years to get a grave repaired due to caving in and poor care by the cemetery and this location has ignored every request. Prior manager (female) was rude. Now the gentleman who we dealt with during Labor Day weekend failed to follow thru. Not to mention wrong numbers for the dates on the headstone. I want to say how well I treated when I stopped into the office at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, and met with Kim, Katelynn, Ashley, and Shane. They helped me so much! They treated me like a friend! They are a blessing to me and my family! Well done!
