Burying our mother at Whitechapel Memorial Gardens was one of the worst decisions we’ve ever made. What was supposed to be a place of peace and remembrance has become a source of constant frustration and grief. The grass-cutting crew is nothing short of destructive. They regularly destroy gravesites, tear down personal decorations, and throw away cherished mementos without a second thought. These aren’t just “decorations”—they’re heartfelt tributes from loved ones. The complete disregard for the sanctity of the graves is app... read more

Really sad that we spent thousands on a marble bench only to have their equipment chip the lower corner off. After looking around we noticed numerous items that have been damaged. I have family in different cemeteries and White Chapel Memorial Gardens is the only one with more than their share of chipped benches, Headstones and other decorative adornments. I won't be buried there, nor anymore of my kin. We won't use the plot we have left.

Kimberly Hammonds is the best! She was persistent in helping resolve an issue and kept trying when the problem was actually outside her direct responsibility and with the corporate office. To find someone who goes above and beyond these days is rare. I highly recommend White Chapel for the customer care provided by Ms. Hammonds!
