My insurance guy recommended White Castle Roofing In my area to assist me in determining whether or not I had impact resistant shingles on my house or not. I was surprised that they made a contact, dropped by and inspected my roof in a matter of hours. They were extremely professional, friendly, and even if there assessment was not what I wanted to hear their honesty concerning my issue says a lot about this company and their people. I am happy to add their name to my list of service providers for future reference.
Jared was at my neighbors yesterday and he kindly took the time to check my roof for hail damage after he finished up with hers. I listened to him explain to her the process and how things would work as she had never had to file a claim on her home before.
