3/2/19 I went to White Castle. 37 minutes to get order and 3 people who ordered after us got their order before us. Went into business and excuse was “Your order must have been bumped off the order system.” Plus got onion peetals instead of cheese sticks. Complained online with no response, called store to complain about service with no call back and just called 800 the crave with no time frame of when someone would call back.
