They were able to help and supply me with building materials that I couldn't find anywhere else in stock locally and I was able to pick everything up the same day for my projects at home. Good prices and helpful staff there.
Placed several orders for Fox Blocks and waterproofing materials to build my garage foundation. Front desk employees were quite inexperienced with the products, and showed no interest or intent figuring out questions I had. Very unhelpful. The employees were vague on informing us about the 30 day return policy with orders and gave us a hard time when trying to return products a day past the threshold. No more good customer service these days it seems.
