I called and they answered within 10 seconds. the gentleman who answered the phone asked “what can I help you with” and was friendly while also asking “what location are you calling for?” Call went well for 20 seconds. Until, I stated “I need a right B-Pilar trim piece for a 2015 Tahoe”. The gentleman immediately said “I don’t sell parts to anyone” and proceeded to hang up the phone before I could communicate.
