The crew arrived right on time, checked the duct system first, and clearly explained the cleaning process before starting. They cleaned the air ducts fast and efficiently, made sure everything was tidy when they finished, and even showed me video of the work that was completed. Very professional service, and the whole experience was smooth and easy.

White Bright Air Duct Cleaning did an amazing job. Emmanuel was very honest and explained everything clearly about my dryer vent and the rest of the air vents before cleaning them out. He found a bird’s nest blocking the dryer vent and removed it completely, then cleaned everything thoroughly. Damon was great to work with. He arrived on time, carefully inspected the air ducts and dryer vent, and spent extra time making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned since the ductwork had not been serviced in a very long time. Russell did an amazing job. He stayed as long as needed to get our AC and air duct system working right after a poor install by another company. He explained the pricing up front with no hidden fees. He also cleaned the ducts and related parts, fixed everything carefully, and helped improve the airflow so we would not keep having the same issues, which is especially important in Gilbert with the hot weather.
