I have lived here at White Birch East for nearly 8 years now and love it. I left for 9 months but moved back Dec. 2016 and am so glad I did. It is quiet, clean, and lots of very nice people, many of whom I have become friends with. And when I need help, Jose is willing and ready to help in whatever way he can. Thank you!

I have lived in white birch east for 4 years. For the most part i enjoy living here. I feel safe, i love the location, it is quiet, José works very hard. But as anywhere you live there is always the exception.......there are neighbors that seem to do whatever they want and whatever they don't want! I know José and Jason are very busy and can not see every breach of rules. So my only suggestion is to make sure Everyone abides by the same rules and respectfulness of all park neighbors.
We feel very fortunate to be in this quiet well maintained park. It is close to shopping, hospital, an array of restaurants too. The rural setting with an array of trees is a plus.
I have lived in White Birch for four years.I love the surroundings and the people.We live along the Pond and it is beautiful.We have taken it upon ourselves to beautify around the pond like cleaning up garbage and paying to have the growth cut back along the pond so we can enjoy it.. We feel it should be the Parks responsibility to beautify along the Pond as we pay extra rent for a spot along there At the present time it is need.of some serious attention. We have lived here for 8 years. We live by the small lake behind our home and love the peacefulness. we see lots of animals which include geese, deer, fox, bobcat and can hear the coyotes some evenings. rural peacefulness in the city.
I have lived in the park since 1981, and have been proud to say where I live since day #1. Jose and Jason keep the grounds beautiful and do a great job clearing the snow, which are only 2 of many jobs they are responsible for. Yes there are rules, and the rules are what keep the park nice, I have been proud and very happy at White Birch Village.
Enjoy my visits with my cousins. .nice places and neighbors ☆
