Was super excited to try this place after hearing about it while in town for business. I feel its very important to keep money in smalls town like this by buying from local business and farms. Sad to say while eating I saw a large corporate food truck pull up and start unloading at this self proclaimed local supporter. False marketing by using a few local ingredients then turning around and buying from the same people who hurt our small economies is not what i thought this place was about. Actually, we are currently partnered with anywhere from 12-25 local farms and growers on any given day. This number is only growing. We (always!) source 100% of our meats, eggs, goat cheese and a great amount of vegetables from this region, and make all our bread, rolls, biscuits and desserts from scratch, in house. Totally top shelf juice bar with excellent eats and super, friendly service. Wanted to bring the whole place home to New York. Not feasible so they gave me a copy of their menu instead. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙏🏼
