WHITE BEAR WOODS IS UNETHICAL! RUN!!!!! – Do NOT rent from White Bear Woods! Their staff are liars and will try and charge you for hundreds of dollars, even after you initially get a letter from them stating you are getting your deposit back!!!! This staff is the worst staff you could ever find, lazy and unethical liars!!!! Run the other way before you end up wishing you too had listened to all the negative posts for this place!!!!! I would give them zero stars if it let you!!!!

The Worst EVER! – This has to be the worst experience of renting I've ever had...even though it's been years! First, we moved into one building signing papers and getting the information for our dog to move in....we went to pay the dog deposit and were told we couldn't have a dog in the building we were in. We had the paperwork for it but the woman who generated the paperwork no longer worked there and they made us sign a new lease AND move all of our stuff to another building! Do not move into this discusting place – At 640 a month you expect a little more than cars stolen out of the parking lot. They also do not tell you of deliveries at the front desk and yes you have to pick them up there or they will be stolen. When we moved in it was a week late because of them inspecting the apartment. Then after moving in the refrigerator didn't work neither did half the outlets. There was a leak in the bathroom and the garbage disposal didn't work.
