Worst HOA compamy ever. Non responsive. Very rude associate Dan Marchand who doesnt take the time to respond to emails. A week later talking to his boss because he cant do his job. If your looling at buying a house i would really look into the HOA company and highly avoid any home associated with white bear. Whenever they drnd you a letter in the mail about some violation you are in no one ever answers. Always in meeting or out of the office. This is the 3rd hoa ive had since living in brighton crossing.
