We like our car pretty good. But wow! they don't answer the phone there and even the chat room gets ignored. The car runs good. We did have to return it 3 times for bad tire pressure gauge. And dead blinker bulp that were under the 30 day warentee but getting a live human on the phone was back breaking labor. I did have the AC serviced at another service station and had them check the shocks because the ride was very jarring. This station said the back shocks were shot. Recommended5+ star experience this week with this dealership! Max Knutson was our salesman, and he did a fantastic job. Messaged in on Wednesday night about the vehicle we wanted, had a deal made the next morning! Very prompt and communication was fantastic. We drove almost 6 hours to get the car because of the quality of service and the great pricing. Thanks again!

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. We sent a message asking about a car and heard back from a sales rep (Max) in less than a minute! Every step of the process was handled to our complete satisfaction.
They only care about money not customers cause my wife recently brought a used car from them and the first week we got the car, it start acting funny and now the check engine light is on and we call to told them that and we was told they can’t don’t nothing about it cause it pass 30 days and I even told they that I can understand if the car was 2 to 3 thousand but it not.

Long story short, we brought my wife's car to them as they stated they would repair it under warranty if we paid another $100+ for a scan on a recalled airbag part that was replaced once and went bad again on her 2002 Acura. They lied and never covered the part or the scan and we got nothing but runaround from the dealership and Acuta corporate. I will never buy another Acura period and would not but ANY vehicle from White Bear Acura!!! Stay away if you expect a dealer and company to follo... read more

A Happy Subaru Customer I left my Forester at White Bear Acura for a 30K mile service appointment this morning and am happy to report that it was finished within just a few hours. Well done. My service rep was Keng, and he went out of his way to make this an extremely positive experience. When I returned to pick up my car, everything was ready and it took about five minutes to check out. Bravo!
