Jen is just AMAZING. The original dress I had picked unfortunately got discontinued before I put a deposit on it, and Jen called me to tell me in person what had happened. She then squeezed me in for a brand new consultation within a few days, and we ended up finding a dress that I liked even better! Jen listened carefully to everything I said, gave advice without being pushy, and helped me find the most gorgeous dress that I never would have picked out on my own. this shop is amazing! I had my appointment today and found my perfect dress in less than 2 hours. the staff was so sweet and helpful. It was warm and welcoming from the time we walked in the door untill we walked out.
Had my first ever bridal visit yesterday and it was a DREAM. I worked with Nikki, and she seemed like a friend of mine automatically. The experience was amazing, the staff were more than pleasant, it was accommodating for myself & my family, the dresses were gorgeous - everything was perfect. AND I FOUND MY DRESS ARE YOU KIDDING ME WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT SO SOON.
We had SUCH an amazing visit today with Nikki! She was very attentive to what I was looking for an remained very respectful of my budget. Very friendly atmosphere, felt like all of the attention was on me. Highly recommended and SO happy to have bought my perfect dress today!
I had a great experience at white arbor bridal! Nikki was super helpful from the moment I walked in the door. She answered all my questions and really listened to what kind of dress I wanted. For my second visit I called and made a same day appointment and they stayed open an entire hour after closing so I could purchase my dress.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience while purchasing my wedding dress!! Diane was able to help me find the PERFECT dress that was 100% something that I would have NEVER picked out on my own!!! Every time I came back for alterations I was always treated like family!!! Truly an amazing place!!!!
I can not say enough great things about my experience at White Arbor Bridal yesterday. First off when I went into the bridal salon we were the only ones there and had the shop to ourselves. Jennifer Moore was absolutely amazing and I felt like she was one of my girlfriends. She was listening to me about what I loved and didn't like and was able to find my dress! I would highly recommend White Arbor Bridal to everyone! I had an amazing experience and I can't wait for November when my dress comes in!
I have nothing but great things to say about White Arbor!! After visiting several bridal shops and not finding what I loved, I was finally able to find the perfect dress here!
