I had a great experience at White Arbor, Diana was very helpful and patiently waited on me. I was the last appointment of the day and she took her time to help me find my perfect dress! I had a bad experience at a different bridal salon and would recommend White Arbor to anyone! Thank you for making this a memorable experience!

White Arbor is the best! It's private, comfortable, and has such a wide selection of dresses! Diana was such a great help in making me feel beautiful in my dream dress. Maddie kindly assisted her and ran dresses in and out effectively. Diana was an amazing assistant in the dressing room. She asked great questions that didn't impose her opinions or her own agenda, but rather made me think about how I want to look on my wedding day. HUGE disappointment (*understatement*). Make sure you do your homework before shopping here. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the owners of this establishment have NO business in this business. If you research their backgrounds (on their own webpage) you will find that they are NOT retailers or clothing or fashion experts or wedding consultants. White Arbor Bridal does not enjoy when the happiness of a customer cannot be satisfied. We attempt at all times to make sure that any person in our salon is happy and has enjoyed their experience. Went there with my Bridesmaids after a bad experience somewhere else, this was bad too! Walked in and was greeted by a not smiling consultant. She was no help, just said here are the bridesmaid dresses, didn't help with budget and was helping a bride at the same time making me and my bridesmaids not feel important! This is supposed to be the happiest day of my life yet another place ruined it!!!! This is not acceptable!

Susan - I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience. I greeted you warmly when you came in, explained the bridesmaids dresses to you and your entire party. I pointed out at least 4 or more dresses in your under $160 budget (of which you want dresses long and red). I stepped back to allow you and your bridesmaids time to look at all the dresses.
