I have two reasons for my rating--and this will be a long read: 1. Last summer White&Williams installed a new AC unit at our house. A few months ago a raccoon got into our attic and destroyed some of the AC return pipes. Someone from W&W came out to determine the damage and, after we got rid of the raccoon, scheduled a time to do the repairs.
