DME is defective. Staff is uninformed. Refuse to ever allow you to speak to a supervisor. DME broke 3 times in 3 weeks. They have 0 regard for patient safety or satisfaction.
If I could give negative stars I would. This company is ridiculous...DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! They billed us numerous times for items that were already paid for. Unfortunately my aging father got FOUR more bills in the mail requesting payment and paid 2 of them before I caught on to what was happening. I have been trying to obtain a refund for the last 5 months!
