The updated units are visually appealing and clean. However the washer and dryer set up is not ideal. They are very outdated and in the 4 years I lived there I have never seen them or the laundry room/ storage area be cleaned or maintained by the property. The common area of the units are also out dated and not up-kept for example the light over the entrance to my unit when out and was never fixed after several reports. Great community. Quiet environment.
I moved into Whitcomb Terrace sight unseen, and I’ve been really happy with my experience so far. The apartment was clean and in great condition when I arrived. Ebony in the office was friendly, informative, and very helpful throughout the process, which made the move-in feel easy and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend Whitcomb Terrace to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to live.
I would have given more stars but my move in process hasn't been the best! I'm a communicator and I guess that is not normal these days! Instead you're looked at as "difficult" instead of just wanting effective communication. Taylor the office manager, I'm sure is doing the best job they can and I like my apt but the communication could be a lot better!
