I love the quietness. When I have a problem it’s worked on in a significant time frame. The only problem I have is, wondering if children will be placed in the building. I have worked with children most of my adult life (teaching). Don’t get me wrong, I love having children around, but not a daily thing. The finish product was the person who did the work. There seems to be a breakdown in the communication process. With a lack of response to the party placing the request. 👍 Incident # 2. The air conditioner went out. I called the center in another country. I had to response from anyone. I placed a second repeat work order. ai as informed that the unit needs to be replaced. the lack of communication is concerning. Ebony was extremely kind and accommodating during the tour process!
Great staff , would recommend future residents ! Always helpful, attentive, and understanding . Units are clean, noise control is to a minimum.
