Was told after I turned in my application that we were good to go and that I could pay my deposit anytime...they wait 3 weeks, when I go in to fill out paperwork to tell me they declined us. The info that came back on me was inaccurate as the place that had against me was where I’m currently living, would not even look into it. I passed up 2 other places in the 3 weeks after she told me we were all set! TERRIBLE customer service! Who waits that long to run someone’s information?
