Front desk spent 20 minutes on what’s app calls. No wonder no one answers the phone. She couldn’t crack a smile if she tried.
Needed a walkin knee xray. Many waiting in the waiting room. The people working, were having a loud argument between 3 people in the back behind a curtain, sometimes in English, and sometimes in another language, and this went on, intermittently, almost the whole time i was there. People in the waiting room were shaking their heads in disbelief over how unprofessional this was. A women walkin ,without an appt, came in for a knee xray as well, and got taken immediately as I still waited for about another 15-20 min. Maybe if t... read more
