This was my first time visiting this establishment as I needed an X-ray done, it was on the top of my form. From my experience everyone was kind, receptionist was friendly to me. The X-ray tech was professional and very respectful (knocking on the door asking if it was ok to come in etc.). My only thing is that the receptionist loudly asked me for my phone number while I was still sitting and I basically had to yell it out in front of people waiting, would’ve appreciated if she had asked if I could come to the desk. Surprising....we were 2 hrs early for our appointment and they took us in...
Receptionist very unpleasant. First impressions are not a nice place. Technicians are very nice and quite friendly. Get a new face person for your reception area. Perhaps someone that smiles.
