Yikes! Came close to closing time to spend $400 on contacts (could have ordered online and ask if I could get glasses adjusted (takes only a few minutes and it was before 5:30) and was harshly told no. Lots of side eye and grumpiness. Do better. Customer service should matter more to your clinic and after reading some over your reviews online this seems to be an issue
While everyone in my family gets annual check ups at Whitby Vision Care, twice in the last 6 months, Whitby Vision Care has accommodated members of my family for emergency (same day) appointments with utmost care and concern. Brenda at the desk is an absolute gem, and the doctors and clinicians are excellent. I have been a patient of Dr. Schmitz for over 30 years and she has always been kind, thorough, and professional. I would highly recommend this eye clinic.

My family and I go to Whitby vision care. The receptionists there go above and beyond, especially Brenda. I am greeted with such genuine kindness. Saying she is helpful is an understatement. I'm thankful for the support my family and I have and continue to receive.
