As I walked in, the receptionist, Maleeha, who I normally see there was not in. However, the other receptionist, Ian, was so warm and welcoming and greeted me with such a kind smile, it was as though as we knew each for a long time. had a very pleasant experience at this location, the receptionist, Ian, was very considerate of my situation and made sure that i was well taken care of. He noticed my stress the moment i walked in and did his best to make me feel comfortable and smile by cracking occasional jokes all the while be very professional and attentive. He not only brightened my day with his smile, he was very helpful and directed me to the nurse’s office
The receptionist was so mean and rude he needs to be fired ! He declined my request to confirm from the nurse if students ids are not accepted while clearly stating it’s acceptable right at the reception. I didn’t have my physical drivers license on me I asked to show a picture and he said it didn’t count. Mind you I called the day before and made sure I had the necessary id before going and the lady I spoke to told me it was accepted.I told him and he didn’t care. The Doctor was so kind and helpful and the staff are just as great, didn't have to wait to see doctor. Definitely recommend if you need to see a doctor quickly or just want to see a good doctor in general.
Great clinic. The staff is very kind, professional, attentive and very efficient so you’re not waiting for an eternity to be seen.
