Maleeha (Dr.A's Assistant) is friendly, professional, and always helpful. She makes every visit smooth and welcoming. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with.
I was given the wrong medication & diagnosis. It felt off so I went to another walk-in at Des Newman. The woman at the front desk wasn't great but the nurse and doctor at Des Newman where very thorough and attentive. They sent me to the hospital as soon as they sensed somethimg was off. The hospital in Ajax eventually got me everything I needed. I would not reccomend Whitby Urgent Care inside of the Whitby Mall.
Maleeha is an exception Dr'sAssistant. Since she joined office it is easier to reach to Dr for any request, phone mail box is never full and she always returns calls. Thank you for the great work you do!
Maleeha is wonderful—always helpful, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond to help Dr. A’s patients. Her kindness and professionalism make every visit a positive experience.
