From my experience the parts counter is good and the sales staff are nice. The service dept seems to have no clue what they're talking about and I'll be taking my business to Clarington Toyota from now on

Absolutely disgusted with Toyota Whitby. Took my car in for normal servicing and they straight-up tried to rob me blind—quoted me THOUSANDS to replace the whole radiator when it was just a stupid leaking hose! Felt like a total scam, zero transparency, just pushing expensive parts I didn’t need. The service guy barely explained anything, acted like I was dumb for asking questions. What an absolutely disgusting experience at whitby toyota. A simple tire swap on rims with an oil change took over 3 hours. This is not acceptable. When calling for an explanation the service manager Amanda didnt even apologize for thus experience. Better yet this was to fix an already poor experience. STAY AWAY from service department
I am glad I picked Toyota and the location. The sales person was very kind and very friendly. He shared a great detail about all the car specially the car I wanted. Love the service and of course I will recommend anyone in my family. We do own Cammery and RAV4 .
