I brought my 2013 Scion FRS to Whitby Toyota for the valve spring recall on Wednesday and picked it up Thursday afternoon. During the service, I was told my spark plugs were no good and was quoted $110–130 plus tax. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was informed that different spark plugs were used and that the cost would now be $180–190. Gurupreet Hayer (Lucky) was very professional and helpful. I would recommend to ask for him specifically to a great experience. But other employees where in a hurry to rush through the formalities during the purchase of the vehicle. I guess due its due to high demand for the vehicle. Overall it was a great experience and happy with my purchase!!
