Whitby Subaru gets a 10 out of 10 from me. The salespersons are kind, straightforward and considerate especially the gentleman, Bob McCann who has helped me with several years of car leases. The service department especially Darryl Hatzlhoffer who has been my Service Advisor at many visits has been excellent. I just had a very positive experience buying a great used Forester with very low mileage from Rianne. She was friendly and knowledgeable, but not at all using the high pressure tactics that can really turn people off during the car buying process. Like any other dealership, understand that most aspects of the deal are negotiable and do shop around/do your research to have comparables to negotiate with.
