We had a great experience with Whitby Shores Landscaping, on our recent backyard project. we wanted a 600 sqft patio, with just regular concrete slabs. We had never done anything like this before, it was all just lawn in out outdoor space. Danielle, the office manager took our vision and helped made it better, with the options she showed us. Whitby Shores Landscaping did an amazing job on our backyard patio! I cannot speak highly enough of their quality of service. They were punctual, thoughtful, kind, thorough, clean, and tidy. They take pride in their work, each and every employee. I would definitely use their services again, and I'm already thinking of future projects to collaborate with them.
I wanted to thank Andrew and his team for transforming our front yard. Andrew was very professional and prompt. The first time he visited our property he quickly sent a design and a contract for approval. There was constant and ongoing communication between myself and Danielle as she guided me through the selection of materials and offered suggestions for my consideration. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the whole operation from the first visit to our home, the very clear and detailed quote and contract, all the way to the crew who completed our retaining wall. Everything was on schedule and on budget and the workmanship is top notch. The crew had to remove a number of patio pavers lining the path to the back of the house in order to bring the equipment and materials to the yard but they put them all back at the end of the job and did a really great job of it. The guys did an amazing job on our back yard. The crew was professional, polite. They should up on time every day, left the site clean at the end of each day and answered any questions we had. The were very accommodating as the scope of the work changed. We already have them booked for next year
