Went here for the first time today and wow front desk was super nice and all the doctors where just amazing helped me out
The doctors here are amazing
Undoubtedly, one of the best walk in clinic in Whitby. From the reception desk to all the way until you see the doctor you will receive top notch service and care.. the doctor examined my son around 3pm today and around 6.30pm the reception called to inquire if my son is feeling better. I haven't seen this in my last 19 years of stay in Canada.
I have been on the OntarioHealth@Home waitlist for a family doctor for 5+ years. Within the last five years, I've been going to this walk-in practice for minor acute concerns. I've been seen by Dr. Daiter and Dr. Nagel and they've both been helpful. Like any walk-in clinic, wait-times are long (but better than the ER lol!). It helps if you can arrive in the morning.
I had such a great experience here. Quick wait time, very clean, kind reception staff, and a friendly nurse and doctor! I would recommend this walk in clinic.
