This company is extremely difficult to deal with. Communication is terrible and they take forever to respond to messages. They won't come out and give quotes. To much of a hassle for them I guess. They want pictures and give estimates over email and say they'll give back to you when they have time. But they never got back to me when they stated they would. I'll take my business elsewhere where I feel valued as a customer not an inconvenience.
We were looking for a contractor to add the finishing touches to our landscape. Upon research and reading reviews, we decided to take a chance on Whitby landscaping and it was the best decision!! Dave the manager was quick to respond, knowledgeable and kept an open line of communication. His team came out quickly and Chyan had a sense of calm in his demeanor and attentiveness to the cables buried just below the surface. I strongly recommend this group!

We recently hired Dave and his team to remove and dispose of old shrubs and replace them with new shrubs and plants in our front and back yards along with rearranging large rocks around several of the gardens. Working with Whitby Landscaping and Dave was a pleasure. I needed a quick job to help protect my retaining wall from erosion with some topsoil and sod. Dave and his team booked my job in quickly and it was done with quality ensuring the sod was staked down and staggered to prevent any run off or sliding. Highly recommend them
