I recently had my kitchen remodeled and sought out the assistance of Nurdeen, the kitchen designer at the Whitby Home Hardware. We met on several occasions and she was available to make suggestions at all times, bearing in mind my budget constraints. Nurdeen suggested contractors that her customers have satisfactorily worked with in the past and was there throughout the entire process. I would willingly work with Nurdeen again and fully endorse her professionalism and competence.

This is the worst store to shop they are thieves, crooks and liars.. I bought a lawnmower from them I opened to cut my grass and in 10 minutes of using it stopped working. I return to them, and they told me that they will call me after they repair. I waited 3 weeks for their call. They called me and say that we cannot do anything for you. I lost $400 I will never go back and spend a penny in that store hopefully karma will get them.
