Dr osa is my family doctor,, i honestly feel like he doesnt care about his patients health. I got him as my family doctor still i dont get to see him. My health is not doing good but he thinks its not urgent. M looking for new family doctor now.
The receptionists are all rude and do not wish to help, instead of maybe inquiring who called me in they instead told me " I DONT KNOW , WHY ARE U HERE??" LOL. Laughable service each time I've come here.
I have been coming here a couple months now. DR. Khan is a good doctor. Most of the secretaries seem nice and professional. Dr.Khan main secretary was very rude and snippity today March 23 2026. When I arrived she was busy attending with someone else , so I went to sit down. Once she did not have anyone else I came to her stall to let her know I have an appointment at 4 with my Dr. She then looked up and said "I already seen you , you can go and sit down" with attitude.
