The building and the reception is very nice, life labs there, pharmacy, all you need in 1 building. That being said the problem is the Dr's themselves. My family dr retired, so i was sent here, and it hate it, they don't care, the just want that Ohip #
My recent experience with this clinic was unacceptable. My daughter is 20 months old and we arrived early for our 9:50am appointment. We weren't called to a room until 10:35am with zero explanation or apologies for keeping us waiting so long. We then waited in our room until 10:50am. I would give this visit ZERO stars if that was possible. Completely unacceptable
Lots of "interesting" characters in the waiting room.
I go to the walk-in Life Labs for blood work. People are always nice, wait times are short, and my kids are always treated nicely, and all their questions are answered when they wait for me to get my blood taken.
I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Osa. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt completely at ease. He has a unique ability to truly listen to patients and take their concerns seriously. You never feel rushed, and every question is answered thoroughly with care and compassion.
