OK, so I had a horrible experience. I spoke with Nikki to book a date to come and see the venue. She was very unresponsive and took multiple emails to get in touch with her. She has little to no availability as I told her I can only do weekends as I work during the week and she didn’t accommodate my needs. She just told me to keep checking her calendar for availability. I’ve had enough of this back and forth so I went harass and booked another venue. I do not recommend this place at all because of her

We had our South Asian wedding at Whitby Castle on July 4. From the beginning, Niki made us feel welcome and confident in our decision. She was responsive, understanding, and flexible throughout the booking process that we truly appreciated. As we got closer to the wedding, Ralph became our main point of contact and he was our Maitre'D. He was incredibly communicative, practical, and reassuring.
