First time ever leaving a business in tears. Have been coming here for years and monthly for my senior cat. I have never been treated so abrasively and un professionally in my life. I will never be returning.
Just wanted to mention and shout out all the staff working on april 29th they were amazing with us and i couldn’t have asked for a more comforting staff during a tough moment and decision. Thank you again!

The door to examination room was left wide open for 2 other customers with dogs to watch and hear Melanie in a very loud voice rudely speak to me. I will never be returning.
