The entire staff is amazing, so caring and attentive.
First time ever leaving a business in tears. Have been coming here for years and monthly for my senior cat. I have never been treated so abrasively and un professionally in my life. The door to examination room was left wide open for 2 other customers with dogs to watch and hear Melanie in a very loud voice rudely speak to me. I will never be returning.
Catherine Linton-Briere was extremely rude to my wife and I cant believe someone like her is trusted with animals, let alone interacting with humans. She continued to seek out my wife over Facebook (which she does have as her facebook profile is the same person on your website), calling her names and a bad pet owner. I don't even know how she has a job still.
