I give one star because 1) it is the lowest you’re able to give 2) I am so excited to have bought my first home with my husband. However, if this review was based on the experience from DR Horton alone, it would earn 0 stars. Specifically Joanna Rogers and Clayton Doolittle. My advice, if at all possible, is do not listen to the line they will feed you: “Oh, just put that on the 30 day walkthrough, it’ll be addressed then”. That is a bold-faced lie.
