I can not say enough nice things about this office. Dr. Whitaker is very knowledgeable in his field and did great on my wisdom teeth removal. I had hardly any pain at all from my surgery. The front office made scheduling my appointment a breeze and the whole experience was a positive one from start to finish. I could not recommended this office enough.
Avoid this place like the plague! I was given the total cost of surgery days beforehand. Once we arrived to the clinic we were given a total way more than what was quoted! And to top it off, they don’t give you anything for pain, as much as you pay they should give pain meds immediately after surgery!
Unfortunate experience overall. The staff were kind and polite, which I appreciated, but the wait time was excessive. I was there for nearly 3 hours waiting for a consultation. Unfortunately, I had to leave for work before being seen, despite hearing that the doctor had an opportunity to see me and declined. I also did not end up receiving my TMJ/wisdom teeth consultation, which was the main reason for my visit. This was especially frustrating given that I came in for evaluation of very sensitive teeth that may need removal.... read more
