I sent my manual paper cutting machine blade in to be sharpened by Whitaker Brothers on 6/28/23. After 2 weeks with no communication, I reached out for an update on 7/14. I was told there was a delay in the turnaround due to the July 4th holiday and my blade would be back from sharpening on 7/17. On 7/20, I sent another email asking for a tracking number for the blade shipment back to me. Was emailed back same day and said “no, but I should have it by now. I’ll check”.
