Horrible experience’s with this bank time and time again! Do NOT recommend, I’m looking into a new bank immediately.
Ladies who run the drive through are so sweet! They’re professional and quick. Highly recommend using this branch. I’ve seen customers get down right mean to these ladies for simply following the rules. They kept their composure and stayed professional the entire time. Something I myself would probably not been able to do. The ladies working there definitely deserve a raise!
I cannot say enough positive things regarding this bank. They are such a delight to talk with, and they take care of your needs quickly and efficiently.
I love Whitaker Bank they have always helped me even when they probably shouldn't had.
