There was an issue with my insurance payment. Office assistant, @Lori*****, told me that she would submit the claim again and would give them 30 days and asked me to call her back after 30 days. I told her that, if the bill was not paid within the 30 days, I would go ahead and pay it. 30 days later I called her for an update; she said she never said any of it and that she had sent my account to collections. I have copious notes from our conversation and a negative item on my credit report.
