I can't begin to describe how poorly this company is run and how much I hope people see this and avoid booking any property with them. They seem to thrive on screwing over their guests and could care less of you have an issue. The "supervisor" we've dealt woth is rude and condescending and changes his narrative every time we've talked to whatever suits his current mood. The suite was hot, stuffy, and the air conditioning was inadequate for the unit. It ran all day but the temperature never changed, so we stayed hot and uncomfortable the entire stay. Opening the windows was not an option because of forest fire smoke. The AC units installed are simply not sufficient for any outdoor temperatures above 25°C — expect a very uncomfortable night.
