The Whistler Platinum team was fantastic, we couldn’t be happier. Gleneagle 1 felt like home, with luxurious linens, great furniture in each room and everything we could need for a great trip to Whistler. We highly recommend and are looking to repeat our stay at Gleneagle 1 with Whistler Platinum.
Stayed at Glen Eagle unit 9. Very average. Furniture was poor. Gave us a parking pass. Nothing we were made aware of (happy to provide documentation) informed us that there was a $200 charge for this if it was not left In the unit. Ridiculous when looking at the overall cost of what we paid for 2 weeks. Terrible customer service. Will not make this mistake again
We had a fantastic stay at Woodrun Lodge in Whistler, BC! The location is unbeatable with excellent ski-in, ski-out access, making it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes. The parking was super easy and convenient, and the friendly staff made our experience even more enjoyable. The ski lockers were a great bonus, and after a day on the mountain, the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. Whistler Platinum was wonderful to deal with - very responsive to questions, accommodating to special requests, and the property we booked was exactly as described & pictured. From booking to arrival to check-out, everything was seamless. Customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommend.
