As a current resident who has been living here for only a month I can strongly say that it has been one of the worst decisions I have made. Especially the wash machine platform they have here. They charged 2.50$ per wash and 50% of the time it doesn’t even work. If you live here make sure you get a washer and dryer in unit because they will not give you a refund for there poor washer and dryer system.
I love the great customer service from management and maintenance! Very impressed!

J Michael Real Estate was very cheap on the construction and it’s obvious to see where they cut corners and they didn’t repair the elevator for 5 months. Place STINKS, don’t sign. Kevin, the property manager, however, is great.
I have seen some negative reviews about Whistler Apts in Iowa City, and feel it is also important to leave something positive. While my daughter does not live at Whistler (yet), I want to express my appreciation for the top notch service Jessi Blackburn (Property Manager) has offered thus far. Jessi promptly responded to our initial online inquiry and was able to arrange a tour that fit my daughter's extremely busy school/work schedule in record time!
