Sonvya is very good at running this place like a business. I enjoyed my 2 years of living here just had to find something cheaper. She makes sure that things are quiet and maintenance requests are handled immediately.
We lived there 4 years ago and are considering moving back there. The landlord is a super great guy. He told us we could come back anytime.
