Service at the E.Main St wash has deteriorated since opening. Today 12/19/23, my wash only cleaned half of my truck. The person taking me in had me into wash before finishing my pre-wash. They only had time to spray the front, driver side and rear. As you might imagine, the passenger side was not as clean. The tires I paid extra for, was very dirty and I had to clean and wipe down a lot more than usual. I even noticed the drying did not remove as mush water as usual either.
