The Hampton car wash has really gotten run down. It is not the same as when the car wash opened. I canceled my membership. The $40 was taken from my account. It was go until the 22 of August. Went tonight and Whistle turned everything off. Even cleaned all data about my 2 vehicles. Poor business. I wouldn’t spent my $$ there.
Just wanna do a public shoutout for Kieth G. He was the only worker today and absolutely phenomenal. He kept a positive attitude and made sure to work both sections with ease and smile! Keep up the great work!
The customer service was great! They just have a couple of bad vacuums that didn’t have strong suction and they don’t have multipurpose spray.
Employee said first month free, still charge me. I had added my second car in the app, still charge me aswell and when i whent to get the sticker for my second car the employee register my car again charging me 3 times twice for the same vehicle. When I went to complain with the manager the manager said to sent an email to the conpany and i sent on friday today is monday and still no response, also they said they had military discount and the employee never refigister me as military
