Sandie was an amazing person she definitely is gonna have me come back again her customer service was outstanding we had a questions and she answered them appropriately… we hope she gets a raise & a promotion!!!
Sandi was excellent help today. The machine did not perform the type of wash that I paid for. Sandi offered to clean my tires herself. This was above & beyond. I felt bad and couldn’t let her do them herself. I cleaned them as well. Sandi is amazing
Prices just have gotten too expensive. Nothing wrong here, but for less down the street Sam’s Car wash’s top membership (same premium options) is only $40 vs $50 at Whistle Ex.
I love this place
I'm not happy with the service, why am I sitting in traffic trying to get a car wash? You would think by paying 40 a month it would be a breeze to go in and get your car clean. If I wanted to sit in traffic, I could do that for free on HRBT. Y'all really need to do something about the traffic completely unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere they do not care about making you happy! Sams Xpress is far better of a car wash, highly recommended!
