i lived here in 1999 it was the tama qua apartments the now I have a friend and a exe girlfriend that live there and have made a couple new friends that live there too..the residents are friendly....the buildings are a little older and you can here some noises from other apartments what is that way at all apartment complexes. they have a nice Cabana that I rented 20 years ago for my son's first birthday the police drive through here every now and I even leave my car doors unlocked...and I've stay the night here a couple hund... read more

There are people constantly blasting music with loud bass from their cars in the second parking lot after the entrance. They don't respond to requests to stop and the office is unable to get them to stop. You can hear the bass from a few buildings away for hours at a time. The apartments just tell me to call the cops for noise complaints but they leave before police arrive Edit: You can see management tells me to call the cops even though I said I have in the review. The police have taken hours to show up so it doesn't work.

Place is a dump managed by thieves. Raise the rent but won't open the pool. Don't move here for a pool. They won't fix it, so they basically don't have one.
