BEWARE! I recently moved out of one of Triple Crowns apartments and was shocked to receive a bill for $300 to clean the entire apartment. I know I left the apartment in excellent shape. When I questioned the charge, they said that it was not left in the way that I received it. It was a brand new unit. Take care of you customers. Don't take advantage of people, and try to use loopholes to avoid taking care of your customers. If you are found responsible for paying damages you caused, don't try to use legal loopholes to suppress your tenants. It would help if you actually took care of your properties as well.

Made promises to “perspective” residents. Many of us. Promises they had no intention of keeping. Dog parks. Play grounds. Once we became residents and questioned when these improvements would be implemented, we were told it was never part of the plan.
They manage our neighborhood (Spring Hill) snow removal is horrendous. They have not even touched our roads and now the trash colllection did not take place. It is New Years eve tomorrow and the roads are one sheet of ice and now filled with trash.many people have tried to contact them to get the road addressed before someone is seriously hurt. They don't even respond, run far away from anything they are involved with
