Request was submitted about 3 months ago maybe longer for my kids bathroom. I just so happen to look at my ring camera motion alert and seen someone entering my apartment. It was for their bathroom ceiling pieces failing below into tube the moisture causing what looked like black mold grew larger. I don’t know what was done to fix it nor did anyone reassure me what it was just simply got a message stating my maintenance request was complete the end results
It looks like a very nice community, I was only there for a few minutes. Not familiar enough to give a full review.
I had the pleasure of doing a walkthrough the property with Ramona. Ramona was awesome and informative. She answered all my questions. The property is spacious, beautiful and quiet.
The apartments are beautiful and have so much potential they just put money into the wrong things. Prior to moving to Georgia I was stoked about living in Midlands. My first impression was that the great amenities offered made it seem more like a 5 star resort than an apartment! I talked about the apartment with local family and friends and only received negative things in return I was confused on how this place deserved the feedback, but I know now.
