horrible!! your apartment could be falling apart and maintenance will not be coming over to fix it. I lived here 4 years and since i moved in my kitchen sink was leaking, never got fixed and the wood turned moldy and disgusting!!! (even after I continuously reported it) they do one year “checkups” for absolutely no reason because they don’t fix or upgrade anything!! kept all of my security deposit when I moved out because of the moldy sink they never fixed!!!
