New ownership and management as of Jan 2026. Great staff now!! Grounds, pool, huge air conditioned rec area, a great place to live!!
Idk why I'm reviewing this. I walked past here. It looks nice enough I suppose.
I've lived here 3 years and it was my favorite place to live in Chico in the 16 years I've resided here. Sooo peaceful! The management were never in my business though they responded to needed repairs immediately. Also, when blowing leaves, the manager uses an electric blower instead of a gas powered. Awesome place to live!
The management is a joke.. literally will not take your serious. living here was a terrible experience .
